On September 30, Kid Cudi released his eighth studio album ENTERGALACTIC alongside its visual series by the same name exclusively on Netflix.
The series which has been compiled into a film has a rating of 94% via Rotten Tomatoes and 4.9 Stars on Google.
It's a dope, animated Black love story full of style, art, and soul.

The film follows Jabari (voiced by Kid Cudi) a successful street artist who has stumbled across newfound success with the opportunity to turn his sketches into a comic. His new success, luxury apartment, and newly single status puts the world's endless opportunities in the palm of Jabari's hands....
One night Jabari stumbles across his new neighbor, and we get to see this beautiful love-at-first-sight moment between him and Meadow (voiced by Jessica Williams). She's magnetically gorgeous, eclectic, artistic, and grounded. She's everything he's been missing, but he's reluctant - does he really want another relationship so soon?
Not only did ENTERGALACTIC make me want to go out and find love in New York but it also inspired to me continue creating. A film centered on two eclectic Black artists falling in love in a cosmic, spiritually deep sense is rare to find. Additionally, Cudi's soundtrack added to the narrative quite beautifully - illustrating the love story while maintaining the vibe of ENTERGALACTIC.
