Balenciaga Crashes the New York Stock Exchange

On May 22, Balenciaga held their first American Fashion show in 20 years on the trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange.

The runway show broke the internet with its strange display of seemingly angry models all covered head-to-toe in latex bodysuits. All the models embodied the chaotic nature of the NYC Stock Exchange by storming down the runway in a somewhat aggressive fashion while showcasing Balenciaga's dark and sexy collection.

The show was divided into three lines: Garde Robe, Eveningwear, and Balenciaga x Addidas

Garde Robe

A more formal line with very sophisticated tailoring and fabrics.

Eveningwear

A sexier, more sleek line. I can definitely see this line being worn on the street and to high-profile events. More silkier and latex materials.
